On a gorgeous sunny September afternoon, I arrived at Casa Hotel in Chesterfield to find Becky and her bridesmaids in doing their final touches of hair and make up. Before getting into her gown, Becky dressed her daughter Aoife before her parents took her downstairs. Becky's son Arley and his friend George were looking very dapper in their suits and sunglasses and they were in charge of the wedding rings, locked away inside their briefcases.
Becky opened a card and gift from Ste, a lovely infinity bangle. Her sister helped her into her beautiful Charlotte Elizabeth Bridal gown and long sparkly veil. She stepped into her black sparkly Doc Martens complete with blue ribbon laces smiling from ear to ear.
With her bridesmaids all dressed in their stunning grey gowns, we revealed Becky looking absolutely incredible. The girls collected their beautiful flowers from JJ's Flowers and Becky carried her handmade bouquet. She made the bouquet from sentimental keepsakes and family heirlooms.
Downstairs my second photographer, Pippa, was capturing Ste and his groomsmen greeting the guests. It was a cracking day, so they were all enjoying drinks on the front terrace. The guests took their seats and the ceremony began with Arley & George leading the way, followed by the bridesmaids and then Becky with her Father.
Following the lovely ceremony which included readings from two of Becky's friends, we drove to Walton Lodge, the home of the Casa Hotel owner. We were given access to the entire grounds to take beautiful photographs of Becky & Ste with their bridal party and then some more intimate ones of the two of them on their own.
Back at Casa everyone took their seats for the some heartfelt and hilarious speeches. Becky & Ste then cut the cake and had their first dance before the buffet opened and everyone danced the night away.
